I was in the Feuerbacher branch today at around 8:30 a.m. and once again didn't get any bread rolls that can happen once but not continuously, very poor service

Quality fluctuating Generally very good rolls, breads and cakes. Unfortunately, the quality fluctuates between the week and the weekend. While the rolls (Alsatian and Trölschi) are a good portion during the week, they are just right not too cross for our taste and are of good weight, Do we have the feeling on Saturday that we haven't got a bag with a crust that is too crumbly? I don't know if another baker gives the recipe on Saturdays, but that's how it is. It also annoys me when the presumably "cuts" are made into small bags that are only half the size, but sold for the same price ... and just slipped under you! Sometimes it is difficult with the salespeople. Not all of them, but some in the highly fluctuating crew. We always order extra "light rolls" but this service is too strenuous for many employees. Therefore, what is lying there is packed in the bag and not what the customer wants. Very unfortunate and annoying. Because the bakery Trölsch is not exactly cheap ... If the rolls were also in "midweek quality" on Saturdays and if I would get light rolls if I order them like that, I would give them 5 *****. For these two points I have to subtract 2 and then only 3 *** remain.

A fine bakery, with delicious baked goods from cakes, bread and rolls to homemade jam ... We recommend the fine Trölschis and delicious grains of bread for a delicious breakfast. My absolute favorite bakery in Stuttgart. Great service in a pleasant atmosphere! ⭐ In the lockdown section, too, Trölscher Kranz tastes delightfully fresh and delicious with a cup of Nespresso coffee at home?❤️

For the prices it is worth the 0% !!!!! My pretzel roll was the size of a € 2 coin !!!! Because of this bakery, I only go to the discounter.

Bought lunch (vegetable casserole) with salad for over € 6 It was at most a side dish with salad but no lunch on the plate at the counter, it looked so nice and a lot but to take away it wasn't even half as much and no cheese at all

Kudos to my favorite bakery in Feuerbach and the surrounding area! Always friendly staff who are also open to jokes, very quick and despite the high level of stress they try to make everything possible. That is why the Trölsch in Feuerbach has become my favorite bakery for 5 years now, which I like to visit with family and friends. There are always new delicacies that you can enjoy for free with a coffee. Going to work on Monday mornings with a “tasting” Koppenhagener sweetened my day 100%! After so much enthusiasm also a small one, but 'since I usually stop by in the morning I unfortunately noticed that the baking quality has deteriorated significantly, often the bread rolls I bought were not crispy but unfortunately a shade darker, as I used to do in the morning to get my delicious tiger pretzels and very recommendable alpine trios, however, these were rarely ready and if very dark which is a shame because I got them so early for years, but for two weeks the baking quality has been back to what it used to be and me I am thrilled !! Thank you so much !!! that they are all there for us in this other time with pandemics etc. Best regards Charlotte

Went there for breakfast on Sunday. Didn't reserve and still got a seat. Very nicely and invitingly furnished. Unfortunately, the breakfast menus are a little strange, so you have to buy extras. The pies and cakes there are very, very tasty and there is a huge selection.

A shop located just a short walk from the station Uu Bahn station Feuerbach. Although opening time is 6:30, it is a popular shop with some people who line up before opening. It is a bakery with a cafe. The sunrise is about 7:40 on 2/12 where I visited, the opening hours are still dark. However, the store clerk was cleaned outside the shop before opening, it is a pleasant shop. Showcase is wide, and a lot of breads line up.
